1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns, and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for ensuring the return shipment reaches our warehouse safely.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@novelthelabel.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the address of our warehouse in China.
  3. Once you receive the return instructions, carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the provided warehouse address.

4. Return Address

All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. The full return address will be provided via email once you initiate the return process.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@novelthelabel.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as Olivia & Sophia is not responsible for any lost or undelivered return shipments.
